- 4 ears fresh corn-on-the-cob
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ butter, softened
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- Heat grill.
- In small bowl, mix butter, chipotle chile and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Soften before serving.
- Remove all but innermost husks from corn. Fold back inner husks and remove corn silk. Rewrap inner husks around corn.
- When grill is heated, place corn over medium heat. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until corn is tender and husks are slightly brown. Serve immediately with mixture.
