- 1 cup olive oil
- 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Whisk together the oil, vinegar, sour cream, salt, mustard, sugar, parsley, garlic and pepper. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
