Soft and Sweet Bread Pudding Recipe

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 cups SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 cups 1/2 to 1-inch cubes day old French bread
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, SPLENDA(R) Granulated Sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl. Gently stir in bread cubes and raisins. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart ungreased baking dish.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
