- 6 bananas
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
- 1 pint lemon sherbet
- In a blender combine bananas, half-and-half, lemon juice and sugar. Bend until smooth.
- Pour the banana mixture into a large punch bowl. Gently stir in the carbonated beverage. Scoop out sherbet and float on top. Serve immediately.
