- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) tequila
- 1/4 cup well-stirred canned cream of coconut such as Coco Lopez
- zest of 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, or to taste
- Garnish: 1 lime slice
- In a blender blend all ingredients with 1 cup ice cubes until completely smooth. Serve Margarita garnished with lime slice in a stemmed glass.
