Snow-Cap Margarita Recipe

  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) tequila
  • 1/4 cup well-stirred canned cream of coconut such as Coco Lopez
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, or to taste
  • Garnish: 1 lime slice
  1. In a blender blend all ingredients with 1 cup ice cubes until completely smooth. Serve Margarita garnished with lime slice in a stemmed glass.
