- 4 (6 ounce) salmon filets
- 2 oranges
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- Coarse salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Split oranges in half and juice them over the top of the salmon filets.
- Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce over the top of each filet.
- Place your choice of smoke chips in the bottom of the smoker.
- Place the salmon filets on top of the rack and give them a dash of salt and pepper.
- Place on the grill burner on medium heat for 20 minutes and then serve.
