Smokey Salad Recipe
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, cubed
- 6 ounces smoked turkey breast, cubed, or smoked ham or smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup cashews, dry-roasted
- Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash Liquid Barbecue Smoke®
- Make the dressing first by putting the ingredients in a jar and shaking well.
- Toss the greens with a little bit of dressing and divide the greens between two plates.
- In a bowl, add the cubed turkey, Gouda cheese and cashews. Pour in some of dressing and toss. Divide between the two plates and serve immediately.
