Smokey Salad Recipe

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 2 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, cubed
  • 6 ounces smoked turkey breast, cubed, or smoked ham or smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup cashews, dry-roasted
  • Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash Liquid Barbecue Smoke®
  1. Make the dressing first by putting the ingredients in a jar and shaking well.
  2. Toss the greens with a little bit of dressing and divide the greens between two plates.
  3. In a bowl, add the cubed turkey, Gouda cheese and cashews. Pour in some of dressing and toss. Divide between the two plates and serve immediately.
