Smoked Turkey Leg Salad Recipe

  • 1 pound smoked turkey leg meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  1. Mix turkey, apple, and cranberries together in a large bowl.
  2. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, oil, seafood seasoning, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl; stir until dressing is well combined.
  3. Toss turkey mixture with dressing. Chill until serving.
