Smoked Salmon Salad on Town House® Bistro® Rye Crackers Recipe

  • 4 ounces chopped smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup diced, seeded fresh tomato
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons drained capers
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 KEEBLER® Town House® Bistro Rye Crackers
  1. In small bowl, combine salmon, tomato, red onion, dill, capers and lemon juice. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours. To serve, spread cream cheese on crackers. Spoon salmon salad over cream cheese. Arrange on a serving plate.
