- 4 ounces chopped smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup diced, seeded fresh tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons drained capers
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 KEEBLER® Town House® Bistro Rye Crackers
- In small bowl, combine salmon, tomato, red onion, dill, capers and lemon juice. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours. To serve, spread cream cheese on crackers. Spoon salmon salad over cream cheese. Arrange on a serving plate.
