- 1/2 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon or lox, diced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 box crackers, for dipping
- Mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in chives, salmon, lemon zest, and pepper and sour cream. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with crackers for dipping.
