Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe

  • 1/2 pound cream cheese, softened
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 pound smoked salmon or lox, diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 box crackers, for dipping
  1. Mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in chives, salmon, lemon zest, and pepper and sour cream. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with crackers for dipping.
