Smoked Salmon and Black Garlic Dip Recipe

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 1 clove black garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Stir cream cheese and sour cream together in a bowl until smooth; stir in green onions and black garlic.
  2. Stir salmon and salt into cream cheese mixture just until combined; refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir once before serving to distribute flavors.
