- 10 cups water
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 2 pounds ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) (optional)
- Lightly spray a 5-quart or larger slow cooker crock with cooking spray.
- Mix water, oats, mashed bananas, cocoa powder, and sweetener in prepared slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 6 hours.
