- 1 1/4 cups vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds pork spareribs
- Combine vinegar, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and oil in a slow cooker; mix well. Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet and brown ribs. You can cut the ribs into serving sizes before browning, if you would like.
- Transfer ribs to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
