Slow Cooked Goose Recipe

  • 1 bunch celery, chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) package baby carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cut-up mushrooms
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 2 (10 pound) goose, cut up
  1. Mix celery, carrots, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, sage, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl.
  2. Put goose pieces in a slow cooker. Pour soup and vegetable mixture over the goose.
  3. Cook on High until goose is tender, 6 to 8 hours.
