- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) jar ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles (optional)
- 8 hamburger buns
- Topping suggestions: shredded Mexican blend cheese, shredded lettuce
- COOK beef and onion in large skillet until beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco sauce and chiles; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes.
- SERVE on buns with toppings.
