- 1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 2/3 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Mix stuffing mix and hot water just until moistened; set aside. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain.
- Add peppers, tomatoes with their liquid, ketchup, dressing and chili powder to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender.
- Top with prepared stuffing. Cover; simmer 3 min.
