- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, or to taste (optional)
- Place baby spinach, cherries, almond milk, rolled oats, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into a glass and top with chia seeds.
