- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 small organic zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 organic tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Market Pantry™ Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ shredded mozzarella cheese
- Heat olive oil in 10-inch skillet over low heat. Place zucchini in skillet; top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Sprinkle with cheese. Do not stir.
- Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese is melted.
