Skillet Spaghetti Recipe
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups water
- 2 (11.5 ounce) cans tomato juice
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti
- grated Parmesan cheese
- In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the water, tomato juice, tomato paste and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add uncooked spaghetti. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
