Skillet Chicken and Onions Marjoram Recipe

  • 4 Tyson® Fresh Bone-In Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, halved and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram leaves
  1. PREP: CLEAN: Wash hands. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt. CLEAN: Wash hands.
  2. COOK: In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken skin-side down; cover and cook 15 minutes. Turn chicken; add onion and sprinkle with marjoram. Cover; cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes longer or until onion is soft and internal juices of chicken run clear. (Or insert instant-read meat thermometer in thickest part of chicken. Temperature should read 180 degrees F.)
  3. SERVE: Serve with parslied potatoes and steamed broccoli, if desired.
  4. CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
