- 18 Archer Farms™ frozen sea scallops, thawed
- 3/4 pound frozen shrimp, thawed and peeled
- 6 slices Archer Farms™ thick-sliced bacon, each cut into 5 pieces
- 1/3 cup Archer Farms™ barbecue sauce
- Lightly oil grill rack. Heat grill.
- Thread scallop, bacon, shrimp, bacon and shrimp alternately on each of 6 metal skewers, using all ingredients. Lightly brush with sauce.
- Place skewers on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until scallops are opaque, shrimp are pink and bacon is cooked.
