Skewered Shrimp and Scallops with Bacon Recipe

  • 18 Archer Farms™ frozen sea scallops, thawed
  • 3/4 pound frozen shrimp, thawed and peeled
  • 6 slices Archer Farms™ thick-sliced bacon, each cut into 5 pieces
  • 1/3 cup Archer Farms™ barbecue sauce
  1. Lightly oil grill rack. Heat grill.
  2. Thread scallop, bacon, shrimp, bacon and shrimp alternately on each of 6 metal skewers, using all ingredients. Lightly brush with sauce.
  3. Place skewers on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until scallops are opaque, shrimp are pink and bacon is cooked.
