Sirloin with Garlic-Yogurt Marinade Recipe

  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 (4 ounce) sirloin steaks
  • 1/8 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  1. Combine all ingredients except steak and mayonnaise in a bowl; mix well. Divide mixture in half.
  2. Combine half the mixture and steaks in a food-safe plastic bag. Turn to coat. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Add mayo to remaining mix; refrigerate.
  3. Place steaks on grill heated to high, turning once, until internal temperature is 155 degrees F. Serve topped with leftover marinade.
