- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 (4 ounce) sirloin steaks
- 1/8 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- Combine all ingredients except steak and mayonnaise in a bowl; mix well. Divide mixture in half.
- Combine half the mixture and steaks in a food-safe plastic bag. Turn to coat. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Add mayo to remaining mix; refrigerate.
- Place steaks on grill heated to high, turning once, until internal temperature is 155 degrees F. Serve topped with leftover marinade.
