Simple Herb Salad Mix Recipe

  • 1 (5 ounce) bag mesclun lettuce salad mix
  • 1 (5 ounce) package baby spinach
  • 1 (5 ounce) package baby arugula
  • 1 small head endive, sliced
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped tarragon (optional)
  1. Place mesclun lettuce, baby spinach, baby arugula, endive, parsley, dill, and tarragon in a large bowl; fold gently to mix together.
  2. Transfer mixture to a a gallon-size resealable plastic bag and seal, pressing out as much air as possible to avoid condensation. Store in the refrigerator.
