- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 cups Post Shreddies Cereal
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt (optional)
- Toast walnuts in large dry fry pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3 min., or until fragrant and lightly toasted.
- Stir in maple syrup and Shreddies. Stir constantly 3 min., or until mixture is evenly coated and all syrup has been absorbed. If desired, sprinkle with salt.
- Transfer to parchment paper lined sheet; cool. Shreddies will crisp up as they cool.
