- 1 (2 pound) Sutton & Dodge™ boneless beef chuck roast
- 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup Archer Farms™ roasted poblano pepper cooking sauce
- 16 Market Pantry™ corn tortillas, heated
- Toppings, if desired:
- chopped tomato
- chopped cilantro
- chopped onion
- Place beef in a 3 to 4 -quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove beef from cooker; place in large bowl. Shred beef, removing fat, using 2 forks. Stir cooking sauce and juices from slow cooker into shredded beef.
- To serve, place 1/4 cup meat mixture in center of tortilla. Place toppings on beef, if desired.
