Shredded Beef Tacos Recipe

  • 1 (2 pound) Sutton & Dodge™ boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup Archer Farms™ roasted poblano pepper cooking sauce
  • 16 Market Pantry™ corn tortillas, heated
  • Toppings, if desired:
  • chopped tomato
  • chopped cilantro
  • chopped onion
  1. Place beef in a 3 to 4 -quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours.
  3. Remove beef from cooker; place in large bowl. Shred beef, removing fat, using 2 forks. Stir cooking sauce and juices from slow cooker into shredded beef.
  4. To serve, place 1/4 cup meat mixture in center of tortilla. Place toppings on beef, if desired.
