- 200ml/7fl oz double cream, whipped
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- ½ lime, zest and juice
- ½ lemon, zest only
- 30g/1oz chocolate, chopped
- 6 ready-made shortbread biscuits
- small handful hazelnuts
- Place the cream into a bowl and add and fold through the icing sugar, lemon and lime zests, lime juice and chocolate.
- Place some of the cream mixture onto each of the two serving plates, and top the cream with a biscuit.
- Place some of the cream mixture on top of the biscuits, and then add another biscuit.
- Finish by placing the remaining cream on top and sprinkle over the hazelnuts. Serve.
