Shirleys Ice Box Fruit Cake Recipe

  • 1 pound chopped pecans
  • 1 (15 ounce) package raisins
  • 1 (14 ounce) package sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can low-fat sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand®)
  1. Line a 9×9-inch dish or decorative container with waxed paper.
  2. Mix pecans, raisins, coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and cherries together in a bowl using your hands; stir in sweetened condensed milk. Press mixture into the prepared dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap or a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for 1 day.
