- 1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) medium-dry sherry
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar, or to taste
- 1/2 to 1/3 cup chilled seltzer
- Garnish: lemon slice
- In a tall glass, combine sherry, lemon juice and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Fill glass with ice and add seltzer. Garnish with lemon slice.
