- 4 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as ROTEL®)
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Blend avocados, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream cheese, green chile peppers, garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice together in a blender until smooth; refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
