Sesame Mango Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 small cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cup water
  1. Layer banana, mango, cucumber, spinach, cashew butter, and sesame seeds in a blender, in the order mentioned; add water. Blend until smoothie is desired consistency, adding more water if desired.
