Sesame-crusted Japanese-style leeks Recipe

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • splash rice wine/white wine
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  1. Heat the oil in a wok.
  2. Add the leek and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Add the wine, garlic, salt and sesame seeds. Finish cooking for a further two minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
