- 1 head Tanimura & Antle Broccoflower®, cut into 1-inch florets
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl; reserve.
- Heat 1/4 cup water in wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add Broccoflower(R) and cover for 1 to 2 minutes. Add red pepper and sauce. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until Broccoflower(R) is crisp tender and sauce is thickened. Stir in sesame seeds.
