Seasoned Roasted Garlic Recipe

  • 2 whole heads garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  1. Make cut along garlic tip to expose top of cloves. Place heads on foil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with Morton(R) Nature's Seasons(R) seasoning blend. Wrap completely in foil.
  2. Grill over hot coals (or bake in 350 degrees F oven, 1 hour) until cloves soften and turn light brown. Squeeze roasted garlic from skin. Spread on sliced baguettes, crackers or bread.
