- 4 pounds ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onions in two batches over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic salt. Freeze in 2-cup portions for up to 3 months.
