  • 18 scallops
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • 1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Ground esplette pepper, to taste
  1. Cook scallops 1 minute on each side on the plancha.
  2. Season scallops with sea salt, cilantro, and Espelette pepper; and serve.
  3. Serving Suggestion: This dish is so delicious, there’s truly no need to use additional ingredients. Serve with a simple arugula salad.
