Scalloped Potatoes and Ham Recipe

  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Homestyle Slices
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Crystal Farms® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in large bowl. Stir well. Spread into greased 2-quart casserole.
  2. Cover; bake 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and center is heated through.
