- Canola oil spray
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey breast
- 1 cup fresh rye bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 large egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Shape meat mixture into a loaf and place into pan.
- Bake, uncovered, for 50-60 minutes or until no longer pink. Let stand 5 minutes. Turn onto serving platter and serve warm.
