- 1 pound smoked kielbasa, thinly sliced and halved
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 cups Hot cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion and celery over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, oregano, basil and garlic salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Spoon over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
