Sausage kebabs Recipe
- 4 long stalks fresh rosemary
- 8Â cherry tomatoes
- Âź red pepper, cut into 2.5cm/1in pieces
- 8 cocktail sausages
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Trim the end of the rosemary stalks to a point and remove most of the leaves.
- Thread a tomato, pepper piece and sausage onto a rosemary stalk. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and rosemary stalks. Put the kebabs onto the baking tray.
- Mix the honey and mustard together in a bowl, then brush the mixture onto the kebabs.
- Roast the kebabs for 18-20 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through.
