- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup saskatoon jelly or your fruit favorite
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- Combine canola oil, soy sauce, Saskatoon jelly, lemon juice, ginger and garlic in a sealable plastic bag.
- Add chicken to bag and squeeze bag to coat chicken; seal bag.
- Let stand 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.
- Grill over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
