Sangria-Spiced Melon Recipe

  • 10 cups cubed summer melons, such as watermelon, cantaloupe or honeydew
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
  1. Place melon cubes in serving bowl.
  2. Combine wine, orange juice, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over melon and toss gently. Chill 1 to 4 hours before serving.
