Salt-and-Pepper Butter Recipe

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt plus more
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper plus more
  1. Using a wooden spoon, mix butter until smooth and creamy. Mix in salt and pepper. Season with more salt and pepper to taste.
