Rum Sauce – Developed Version Recipe

  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons white or dark rum
  1. Mix together the SPLENDA(R) and cornstarch, and stir into the butter. Pour into a small saucepan and stir in milk. Cook stirring frequently until the mixture begins to boil. Continue cooking until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in rum. Serve warm.
