Rosemary and Goat Cheese Crostini with Walnuts and Honey Recipe

  • 1 French baguette, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces goat cheese, or more to taste
  • 5 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup honey, or to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese over slices. Sprinkle rosemary on top.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until crispy at the edges, about 10 minutes.
  4. Toast walnuts in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle walnuts on top of baguette slices; drizzle lightly with honey.
