- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white or black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and white or black pepper.
