Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Spread Recipe

  • 2 (12 ounce) jars roasted red peppers
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 Keebler® Townhouse® Crackers
  1. Place drained peppers in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover; blend or process until finely chopped. Add the tomato paste, thyme, olive oil, sugar, garlic salt, ground red pepper, and salt. Cover; blend or process until nearly smooth. Serve at once or cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week. Serve with Keebler(R) Town House(R) Crackers.
