- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced roasted red bell peppers
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Blend the shredded cheese with the mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir in the roasted peppers and the Worcestershire sauce and blend thoroughly. Cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
