- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup drained bottled roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup salted roasted almonds
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 2 teaspoons Sherry vinegar, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Chill, covered, 1 hour (for flavors to develop).
