- 1 Cook's® brand Bone-in Spiral Sliced Ham, Butt or Shank Portion Ham, or Half Ham
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- To prepare glaze, toast cumin for 3 minutes in 300 degrees F oven. Toast crushed peanuts in the oven for 5 minutes or until brown at 400 degrees F. Put orange juice in bowl, then fold in each ingredient in the following order: honey, cumin and peanuts.
- Prepare and heat ham according to package directions.
- Brush glaze over your favorite Cook's ham 30 minutes before meat is done. Heat ham uncovered for final 30 minutes. Carve ham and serve.
