Roasted Garlic Tuna and Pesto Crostini Recipe

  • 1 French Baguette, sliced thinly into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1/2 jar prepared pesto
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 (5.5 ounce) can StarKist Gourmet Choice Roasted Garlic Tuna
  1. Toast bread on both sides.
  2. Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of prepared pesto on each slice of bread.
  3. Top with approximately 1 teaspoon crumbled feta cheese and 1 teaspoon of tuna.
  4. Place under broiler and cook just until cheese begins to soften and brown slightly.
